Your property details stay private.

This pilot collects your name, email, property address, property use, optional acreage and deadline, and any notes you provide. It also records a campaign source when one is present in the link you used.

How the information is used

We use these details to prepare and review your assessment and respond to your request. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing or authorize sharing your information with an insurance broker.

Automated source research

To prepare a draft, we send your property address to the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder and use the resulting approximate coordinates to query Texas A&M Forest Service wildfire maps. We also use the approximate coordinates to retrieve public NAIP aerial imagery from the U.S. Geological Survey. A saved image is stored privately on Cloudflare and analyzed with Cloudflare-hosted Workers AI to suggest visible features for the reviewer. The model receives the image and fixed analysis instructions, not your name, email, address text, or notes. These external source lookups do not include your name, email, or notes. We retain the address match and map results with your assessment. A person reviews the draft before release.

Storage and access

The deployed service stores assessment records and reports on Cloudflare. Authorized reviewers can access your submission and working assessment. The public report excludes your email and internal reviewer notes.

Your private report link

The tracking link acts as the key to your report. Anyone you share it with can see the property address, progress, and released assessment. Keep it private. There is no email-based recovery or automatic email delivery in this pilot.

Verification

The submission form uses Cloudflare Turnstile when deployed to reduce automated abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Retention and removal

Pilot records are retained until the operator removes them. Contact the person who invited you to this pilot for correction or deletion. Do not include financial account numbers, identity documents, or other sensitive information in your notes.
